"Someone hit my car last month, and I called my State Farm office to report it.
Trevor was very receptive and walked me through what I should expect from the other insurance company. He also checked in with me weekly to see if there was progress made.
It seemed like the other company was “ghosting” me, so it was nice to have that reassurance from him. It was nice to know that they cared about my situation, despite not having a claim with them.

For example and very recently, I needed coverage arranged quickly for an RV rental (1 week lead time).
